Great staff, nice stay!

I stayed 1 night in a Queen Room. The staff were super nice, especially during check-in—they even helped my senior family members to our room! The breakfast was decent, though it could use some muffins or pastries. But man, the room needs better cleaning—found handprints in the bathroom mirror that gave me the heebie-jeebies.

Rooms were spacious and clean, plus the air conditioning worked wonders. Also loved the complimentary shuttle service—it’s a lifesaver!

The toilet acted like it was on strike; I didn’t sign up for plumbing drama!

Noise from nearby train tracks can be distracting, especially for light sleepers. it definitely interrupted my shuteye. The second building feels a bit like a distant dorm, cold tile floors, and some issues with room key access added a level of frustration. Plus, a. cthe parking scenario caught me off guard—oh, the extra fees can sting when you're just trying to settle in after arriving.

The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, better than what I expected. The staff helped arrange a cab for us when the airport shuttle was delayed, which ensured we made our flight on time. Being from Italy, I appreciated the convenience of these services during our stay.
